As we journey together through another enriching academic year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what leadership means to us at CS Academy and share my aspirations for the school’s future. Leadership, to me, is about empowering every individual in our community - students, teachers, and staff to realize their fullest potential. It’s about building a culture of respect, collaboration, and shared purpose that drives us toward excellence.
At CS Academy, we firmly believe that the best ideas often come from collaboration. This is why our management style is centered on inclusivity. Every voice matters, and by creating spaces where opinions are valued, we foster innovation and creativity. From refining classroom practices to introducing new extracurricular programs, it is the collective wisdom of our community that shapes our path forward.
Respect is the cornerstone of our school culture. Respect for individuality, respect for diverse perspectives, and respect for the roles each of us plays in making CS Academy a vibrant learning space. For our students, this means encouraging them to share their ideas, participate actively, and grow into confident, responsible individuals. For our teachers, it means recognizing their professional expertise and providing them with the freedom and support to thrive in their roles. A culture of respect ensures that everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute their best.
Looking ahead, I envision CS Academy growing into a globally recognized institution over the next five years - one that stands out for its academic excellence, innovative programs, and commitment to holistic development. We aim to continue nurturing students who are not just academically accomplished but also empathetic, ethical, and equipped to tackle the challenges of the future.
To achieve this, integrating technology and interdisciplinary learning into our curriculum will play a significant role. By blending STEM, arts, and humanities, we want to prepare our students for an interconnected and rapidly evolving world. At the same time, we will continue to focus on character-building, ensuring that our students leave CS Academy as compassionate and socially conscious individuals who can make meaningful contributions to society.
Our teachers are central to this vision. Their growth and development are pivotal to the success of our students. Professional training opportunities, collaborative platforms, and access to the latest resources will remain a priority, allowing our educators to deliver enriching and engaging learning experiences.
As a school, we are committed to fostering a culture of trust and accountability. Leadership, in my view, is not about control but about enabling others to excel. By promoting transparency, collaboration, and shared responsibility, I am confident that CS Academy will remain a place where talents are nurtured, and dreams are realized.
I am deeply proud of all that CS Academy has achieved and look forward to seeing it continue to grow and excel in the years to come.

The wind sweeps across the fields,
Chasing the last leaves of autumn yields,
In today’s war prone humanity,
Life lacks serendipity!
Peace is what we yearn,
Hope war-free world can return,
Cruelty towards its plenitude,
World citizens lack a kind attitude!
Day seems tenebrous,
Entire city, a mess,
Feels like living in a sylvan,
Solitary, without a kind man.
My house so huge , last summer,
But now gossamer,
My life seems like labyrinth,
Some people, a living filth.
I soulfully miss
My city’s bliss,
The moon seems tranquil,
Watching the earth’s blood spills.
My place once green and serene,
Is just rubble as far as seen,
No schooling for teen,
What does it mean?
People who were humble,
started to grumble,
The sun is yet so luminous,
But our country is too nefarious.
Buildings tall, which were our dream,
Shattered into ashes and steam,
Churches once mellifluous,
Today I hear mourning bells, sonorous
Before elections, they were
velvety, Now they roam with killing
spree, The Jordan runs red,
With people shedding blood!
Missiles and aircrafts fly,
In the grey sky,
My opponents might drop bombs,
For that is their norm!
We reside underground,
To stay alive and free from wounds,
As the sun sets, I too find my peace,
Beneath the same sky we began!
Yet in this imperial situation,
We join hands as one nation,
Humanity shall thrive,
Long should it survive!
May a new earth bloom,
And deplete all our gloom!
Though the night may fall,
Hope shall rise with the dawn!
“Even if thee shall go,
Thou shall burn fiercely in me.”
Such a beautiful fantasy
To crawl through war stricken land
To bleed for the country
The dream of every man
Such conservative ideology
To be forced to die
for land that isn't yours
for land you can't afford
But still I'd say nothing
Bearing arms for no reason
I wish could leave
And not be tried for treason
Still I march forth
with my brothers
in green, savannah and gray
certain of a death
under bullets and blaze
Atleast I won't die alone
But there shall be
no glory to my demise
For the students at CS, Sports Day is more than just an event, it's a celebration of athleticism, teamwork, and spirit. On this day, as Sports Captains we were entrusted with the privilege and the responsibility to make sure that it was unforgettable.
The students' energy and eagerness to support their houses on Sports Day was incredible, the entire crowd buzzing with electricity as the event progressed. With every cheer and practice session, the excitement grew all the more intense. Working under the role of Sports Captains gave us such a sense of pride and responsibility that we wanted it to be a success for everyone.
Akash House won this competition flat out on mere determination and skill, with Vaayu House following their lead. Against all odds, Prithvi House made an incredible comeback with over 163 points earned in a single day, bagging the third place, leaving Agni House at the fourth place. The commitment made by all houses reflected well in the competition, displaying outstanding progress and results from the early practices to the final sprints. Witnessing each group cheer for one another despite the competition is such a reminder of the collective spirit that makes this day so special.
Handling an event as grand as Sports Day was both exciting and nerve-wracking. Since day one, our role was to hand over practice management, promote participation, and make sure no one is left behind. One memorable moment was dealing with a sudden reshuffling of event timings due to untimely rain. We had to think on our feet, reorganise line-ups, and motivate the athletes who were feeling pressured. It was challenging, but it also sparked a new level of teamwork between us and the participants.
We also realised then that being a good captain is not just about organising and managing. It is more about being there for your team, cheering them on, and helping them to calm their nerves. One personal highlight would have to be the strong working relationship we had with each of the house teams - getting to know their unique strengths and part of their successes. Each and every participants’ dedication only inspired us to work much harder.
This year's Sports Day was unlike any other year. There were new events and, most importantly, technology was included in many more events. It is amazing to see how far we have all come. When one compares the Sports Days a few years ago, there were fewer events, fewer people, and an easier set-up. Every year, the bar has been upped for our school, and students as well as their teachers look forward to making improvements to the event for the enjoyment of everyone.
New athletic events have been initiated, and coordination between the house teams has improved immensely. It is all thanks to the students and faculty who made it what it has become today. A day filled with excitement, curiosity and energy. It is a very special experience to be a part of this journey and watching how it evolved from a simple competition to a tradition of unity, strength, and resilience.
We learned our greatest lesson. Teamwork. Everyone from the teachers to the volunteers had their own part to play in making the day possible. The three key philosophies that we learned are clear communication, adaptability, and encouragement. There were days when things did not happen as expected; however, each challenge became an opportunity to learn and perfect the next approach.
In fact, by just being Sports Captains, we realised how much sports contribute to building character. The discipline, focus, and endurance to push through the challenges on and off the field are qualities that we will carry beyond this specific day. Witnessing the commitment that every participant put into it helped us see the bigger picture. These skills shape each and every individual from here till eternity.
To see the day conclude in cheers, adrenaline, and pride, as Sports Captains, it was heartwarming to witness moments of sheer camaraderie where one forgets house differences. There were students who cheered for each other, not merely talking about their wins but about their joy in unity. That is why Sports Day is not just about winning or losing- it's about community, resilience, and memories forever and a day.
It was really a great honour to share this experience and moments with this school, and an enormous growing process for us as well. I hope every student, like us, takes a small piece of this day home and comes with utmost confidence, eagerness and determination for the upcoming years.
Our very own CS Art Street made a grand debut this year, blending seamlessly with the energy and innovation of the Entrepreneur Fete. Personally, I was thrilled to be part of this vibrant event, and it unfolded exactly as I imagined—overflowing with creativity, passion, and happiness.
The sight of paint scattered across canvases, forming mesmerizing strokes, conveyed far more meaning than words ever could. This event was the culmination of a month-long effort by an extraordinary group of artists. Every moment of dedication was worth it as we worked toward a shared goal: to bring happiness to those who received our handcrafted artworks. As Maya Angelou beautifully said, “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.”
What truly made this event extraordinary was the diversity of art styles that each of us brought to the table—from intricate stone art and sparkling resin creations to colorful mandalas, crochet, face paintings, and so much more. But we didn’t stop at creativity. We also embraced entrepreneurship. Each of us developed our own marketing strategies to sell our work, proving that we’re not just artists but also future entrepreneurs in the making. Whether through personalized storytelling, special offers, or creative displays, we found innovative ways to connect with our audience and leave an everlasting impression.
Our greatest reward came from seeing the smiles and joy that our art brought to others. It was a spectacular event, and I can’t wait for CS Art Street 2—another opportunity to celebrate the incredible blend of creativity and entrepreneurship.
I’ve heard almost all my classmates complain about how useless they find writing or how boring it is. Well, I think otherwise. I feel it really depends on your perspective on writing. Some of you may think that writing is just a dull task that no one wants to do, but you can change your perspective. When you write, you can let your imagination run wild, and the most magical things can happen in your stories.
When I write, I forget all about reality and drift into my own magical world. I believe that writing is just another form of art and an amazing hobby. So, I kindly beg you to stop seeing writing as a chore or just another boring piece of homework. Instead, start thinking of writing as a hobby or something fun to do, like sports or drawing.
Ever since I started writing, I’ve noticed a drastic improvement in my vocabulary and peace of mind. It’s also a great way to pass the time and enhance your creativity. I hope you start discovering the wonders of the world of writing, just like I did.
