It is extremely important that the test takers reflect on these before arriving at the test center. To be permitted to write the exam, an agreement with the following points needs to be signed.
o In the past 14 days, you have not come into close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has a positive COVID-19 test or is presumed to have COVID-19.
o You do not have COVID-19 or reason to believe you have COVID -19, Symptoms of COVID-19 include cough, fever, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.
o If you feel sick the day of your test, please stay home and contact CollegeBoard customer service for your options. You won’t be charged a change or cancellation fee if you stay home due to illness.
o To your knowledge, you are not violating any travel restrictions or quarantining requirements.
o You agree to wear a mask the entire time you’re at this test site and follow instructions from testing staff.
o We have taken measures to help create a safe testing environment; however, it isn’t possible to entirely remove the risk of COVID-19 exposure. By entering the testing room, you’re accepting that risk.
On the Test Day:
Bring a face covering and wear it as directed by the test center. Remember to also practice social distancing at all times.
Students are to arrive at the test center by 7:30 am, no later than 7:45 am. The doors will close at 8:00 am, instructions will be read out between 8:00am and 8:30am and the exam will start at 8:30 am.
● Although the college board has made the exemption from the admission ticket on the test day, yet we highly recommend you all to bring the ticket in order to avoid any last-minute admission issues.
● Students are expected to bring their own masks, sanitizers and stationery along with a permitted calculator.
● We request students not to bring any electronic devices, if any devices are brought, the devices will be collected from the students at the “Check-in Point 1” and placed in bags marked clearly with the student name.
● All students are required to show their ID and admission ticket each time they re-enter the testing room during a scheduled or unscheduled break. Students should keep their printed admission ticket with them at all times.
● As with all administrations, only test materials can be on a student’s desk during testing. Sanitizer, extra masks, or other COVID-19 related supplies must be under their desks.
● There is one 10 minute break and one 5 minute break.
● Students must pull their masks down during center and room check-in, pulling them away from their face for visual inspection.
● Students need to place ID and admission ticket face up on the admission table/proctor’s desk, so that the documents can be examined without picking them up.
● Test takers will not be allowed to carry any devices beyond the “Check-in Point 1”, however, water bottles, snacks, desired stationery, calculator, protective materials (mask and sanitizers) are allowed.
● After the test is over, the test takers must leave the campus immediately, sitting and waiting in the waiting arena is strictly prohibited.
