Refund Policy

All payments made through the online payment gateway are subject to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made towards school fees, admission fees, registration fees, event fees, examination fees, transportation fees, or any other services through the online payment gateway are subject to this Refund Policy.

2. Admission / Registration Fees

  • Admission processing and registration fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the school administration.
  • In case of duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Tuition Fees

  • Tuition fee refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the school’s withdrawal policy.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on:
    • Date of withdrawal request
    • Academic term status
    • Administrative approval

4. Event / Activity Fees

  • Fees paid for events, competitions, field trips, or extracurricular activities are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the school.

5. Duplicate / Excess Payment

  • In case of duplicate or excess payment, parents/guardians must inform the school in writing within 7 working days.
  • After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • The school is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
